Thursday July 22nd Evening session:

Pranayama and Meditation / Opening circle

Asana Practice: Standing postures / Being a connection between the Earth and the Sky

Therapeutics: Relasing tension in the neck - Shoulder and neck therapeutics

Friday July 23rd Morning session:

Pranayama and Meditation

Learning 20-minute morning practice to relieve constipation fast and naturally

Asana Practice: Standing postures continued with partner yoga / Enhancing trust and intuition through fun partner exercises / attuning the breath and movement with another person

Thearpeutics: Lower Back Therapy part 1

Grounding and Relaxation

 

Friday July 23rd Evening session:

Pranayama and Meditation

Asana Practice: Moon Salutations and Meditation with Movement / Enhancing awareness, and sense of presence, experiencing the divine within

Saturday July 24th Morning session:

Pranyama and Meditation

Asana Practice: Core strengtheners and arm balances / Building strength and inner-power... to be open, sensitive and gentle-hearted

Therapeutics: Wrist and Elbow therapy

Saturday July 24th Evening session:

Pranayama and Meditation

Asana Practice: Core strengtheners and arm balances continued / The ever-present pulsation of life: Drawing energy towards the core, expanding energy from the core out

Sunday July 25th Morning session:

Pranayama and Meditation

Yoga Kriyas for awakening the prana-life energy in the morning to last through the day

Asana Practice: Hip Openers / Creating space to experience freedom

Therapeutics: Healing ankle and knee pain with Anusara yoga alignment and self-physiotherapeutics.

Grounding and guided relaxation

 

Sunday July 25th Evening session:

Pranayama and Meditation

Asana Practice: Twists and Forward bends / Turning the gaze inside

Visualisation techniques and deep relaxation

 

Monday July 26th Morning session:

Awareness of the chakras. Specific practices for unblocking the energy around first 3 chakras (Mooladhara, Swadistana, Manipura)

Asana practice: Inversions

Deep relaxation

 

Monday July 26th Evening session:

FULL MOON meditation

Asana practice: Inversions continued with breath awarness and longer holds

FULL MOON meditation

 

Tuesday July 27th Morning session:

Awareness of the chakras. Specific practices for unblocking the energy around second 3 chakras (Anahata, Vishudi, Ajna)

Asana practice:

1. Back bends - Anusara elements: experiencing organic energy - letting our luminous spirit shine out in each pose.

2. Grounding and restorative poses / Letting the energy work settle deeply in our being and nurture the body, mind and soul
